MAKING AN APPOINTMENT 

Making an appointment is really easy.  Call or email.  Your GP can do this if it makes things easier or faster.  Our contact details are below.  You will need a referral from your GP or another doctor to see me, they can send the referral to the rooms through Medical Objects (preferred), fax or email.  Alternatively, your doctor can give you a copy of your referral and you can bring it along to the appointment.  We will send a text message reminder before your appointment if you wish.

Please bring relevant Xray and scan reports to your appointment together with a list of current medications.  There is a form to download and complete prior to your appointment, if you prefer this can be done online HERE, or you can do it when you get to the rooms. It may be helpful to download an advice leaflet helping you get the most out of your appointment.

How to find us At John Flynn

John Flynn is a bit of a maze, park as close to the main hospital as you can, The Medical Centre is one of the buildings near the main hospital. It is just over the road from the hospital pharmacy. (It is not in the same building as the coffee shop.) We are on the third floor, just opposite the lifts. I share rooms with my friend and colleague Dr Jonathan Stewart. If you arrive early, Hudson’s Coffee shop is a good option you can get a coffee and a light meal. Click on the John Flynn logos below to visit their websites.

Finding Us at Gold Coast Private

Park in the multi-story carpark off Innovation Drive (There is a charge for parking). The specialist suites are on the ground floor, so take the lifts which are well signposted up to the ground floor. The are volunteers who can guide you to where we are, or the reception staff will be happy to help.
